Can I change the description and other information about the item I already listed?

Yes. If your item is active and has no bids, you can change the number of fields. If your item is active and has at least one bid, you are not allowed to make any changes. This option tab can be found in my Account Page.

How do I end my auction early?

If your item has no bids against it, you can inactivate or delete the item, but listing charges won’t be refunded.

What can I do if the high bidder fails to complete the transaction?

Please allow at least 5 working days for the highest bidder to respond to you. Some people do not check their e-mails regularly. If you still cannot contact the highest bidder, contact us and we will try to assist you. We recommend you to select the second highest bidder instead. You also can re-list your item(s).

How can I contact the highest bidder of an auction?

Click the Contact Buyer link when viewing items you are selling in your My Account page.

What are the auction fees?

View the bottom of your My Account page to read and view the latest listing fees and selling fees.


How do I make my item(s) more attractive and stand out from the other items?

Use a quality image and make use of HTML to spice up your item descriptions. You can even link to an external web site, which should contain well-detailed information about your item(s) but you cannot link any other items not listed with us.

Can I publish an ad on myEcentre.com itself?

Yes, there are two ways, like text or an image, please refer you’re my Account Page

How can I add pictures to my listing?

When entering your item information, you can fill in an optional image to attach to your item. This image will appear on the item detail page shown when people view your item and as a small thumbnail image when your item is listed.

How are items shown in the show case?

They appear in alphabetical order.

Can I re-list an item after its auction has expired?

Yes. In your My Area page, beside the item whose auction has expired, you will see a link called List again; click this and you can re list this item up for auction again using the same information or modified information.

What is a feedback score?

A feedback score is a way to rank a member's overall profile based on feedback from other members. The feedback score is calculated by adding up the positive, neutral, and negative ratings received from other members. A positive rating is worth one point, a neutral rating 0 points, and a negative rating -1 points. So, a higher feedback score means this member has received many more positive than negative ratings from other members.

How do I find the results of an auction?

Use your My Account page to track the status of your bids. You will also get email notification when an auction expires and any reserve price has been met.

In the My Account page, some item bids are red -- why?

Items appear in red when someone has out-bid your highest bid. You will need to lift up your bid to win the item.

What if the seller no longer wants to deliver the item?

Please allow at least 5 working days for the seller to respond to you. Some people do not check their e-mails regularly. If you still cannot contact the seller, contact us and we will see if we can help. Please bid carefully. By bidding, you are agreeing to pay the seller for the item, if you win.

Are there any fees for bidding?
No.
However, has to be registered, it is free of charge.


How do I contact the seller of an auction?

From the item detail page, click the seller's email address. Once an auction is over and you are the winner you will have a sellers contact tab appear with the item in your My Area page(s).

When will I receive my winnings/purchases?

Allow 7-14 days to receive the items you won. Note that your payment options can also impact shipping times. More information by sale type...

General Auction and Account Information

To bid and post items you must be a registered member. Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes. Once registered, you have an account on the site and a My Area section to manage all your bids, auctions, watches, ads, and more. NOTE: All listing fees are being waived. This means you can post as many items as you want free for a limited time. When inclusion fees are applied, they are simply deducted from your account balance, which you can view in your My Account page.
